Weigh in - 9 months

I'm a little behind on this month's weigh in and it's because there's really nothing to report.  :-/

I'm now doing Strike class 3 times a week, and I can feel myself getting stronger, but the weight is just not coming off.  I'm not really sure what to do except wait and see. 

I lost 0 pounds this month. Since I started 9 months ago, I've lost 18 pounds, putting me 12 pounds away from my goal of losing 30 pounds.

OK, but you LOOK GREAT!!!! You must be replacing flab with (heavier) muscle.

I've noticed wonderful improvement in your shape, stamina, strength, and happiness. Every night I curl up next to you and count myself a lucky man.
