I remember when I was little. I LOVED it when my daddy would play with me, no matter WHAT he was playing. And I would ALWAYS laugh hysterically, but there was also a little bit of a fearful element to some things - when he would act like Frankinstein, I always laughed, but at some point, if he kept it up, it would get scary. So it's a matter of drawing careful lines to be fun, but not cross too far into the "scary" territory. That may be what Mira is telling you when she says "down" - she DEFINITELY does not want the play to stop, but wants to try to keep from getting too scared???
